Here's the deal, plainly: you send us your supplier's details and the CNY amount, we give you a Naira cost. Once you confirm and transfer that amount to us, we lock in the rate and process the payment. The rate we quote is valid for the window we specify at the time — FX moves, so we can't hold a rate indefinitely. But once you've paid and we've confirmed receipt, your rate is fixed and your payment goes out.
We take this seriously. If for any reason a payment can't be completed — wrong supplier details, a compliance flag, anything — we'll tell you immediately and return your funds. We don't hold money we can't deploy. Settlement timelines vary by transaction size and destination bank, but we'll always give you a realistic estimate upfront, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes along the way.
By using our service, you confirm that the funds you're sending are legitimately sourced and that the transaction is for a genuine trade purpose.
