Our products include Reenjar (school fee management, available at www.reenjar.com) and cross-border payment settlement. Our services include technology consulting, field operations management, and government programme infrastructure. Using any of these means you accept these terms.
Each product and service has its own operational scope. Reenjar is available to licensed educational institutions in Nigeria — schools subscribe, set up their fee structures, and use the platform to send fee requests and track payments from parents. Cross-border payments are for legitimate trade transactions; we quote a rate, you confirm and transfer, we settle your supplier. Consulting and field operations engagements are governed by separate written agreements. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product or service with reasonable notice to active users. We will never suspend or alter a service mid-engagement without explaining why and working through it with you.
By using our services you confirm that your use is for a legitimate purpose, that the funds or information you provide are accurate, and that you won't attempt to circumvent our compliance processes. We take fraud and financial crime seriously and cooperate fully with Nigerian regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required.
