Sandshade Ltd operates several products and services — including Reenjar (school fee management), cross-border payments, technology consulting, and field operations programmes. Across all of them, our data practice is the same: we collect what we need to operate the service, and nothing else. We don't sell data. We don't profile it for advertising. We don't hand it to third parties for any purpose outside completing the work you've engaged us for.

What we collect depends on how you interact with us. Website visitors: basic analytics (pages viewed, referral source — anonymised). Reenjar users: school administrators provide school and student enrolment data; parents provide contact and payment details to settle fee requests. Payment clients: business name, contact details, supplier information, and transaction records needed for compliance and settlement. Field staff and programme participants: identity documents, bank account details, state and LGA, and task completion records for disbursement. In all cases, your information is accessible only to the personnel and systems that need it to do their job. Reenjar school data is never shared between schools. Field staff records are held only for the duration of the programme plus any legally required retention period.

We use Flutterwave for payment processing — their privacy policy governs how they handle payment data. Where Nigerian law or regulation requires disclosure (NDPC, CBN, FIRS, or other relevant authorities), we comply. Outside those obligations, no one else sees your data. If you want to know exactly what we hold, or want it corrected or deleted, email us at sand@sandshade.xyz. We respond within 48 hours. No forms, no tickets, no runaround.
